Why integrity?

integrity means doing the right thing, even when no-one is watching. It is believing that everyone has a positive contribution to make.


We contribute to the energy transition by supporting our clients – the big players in the energy industry. We work in diverse corporate environments but at the same time enjoy integrity’s team spirit, where everyone knows each other, and our individual skills are appreciated.


Our team unites the most diverse of characters and we thrive on this variety! This is particularly apparent in our integrity workshops, which we hold several times a year to facilitate knowledge transfer and the future development of integrity as a company. It is important to us that every integronaut is fully engaged and able to make a meaningful contribution.

Your Mission begins

We are always looking for new integronauts – that’s what we call ourselves as we journey through the exciting world of projects. We have different roles within the company; there are the ‘travellers’, the ‘backpackers’ and our ‘ground control’ team.


We offer a comprehensive induction when you start with us, regardless of whether you already have project experience, or have just completed your studies. It is important to us that you approach your first integrity project with the right mindset and that’s why we take the time to share our mindset with you.


Our induction takes place through training, workshops and one-to-ones. Above all else, we use content developed through our in-house ‘pro cliques’ – where new integronauts learn the ropes from our current integronauts.
 

Roles

Despite all the innovation and flexibility, we still use traditional job descriptions – after all, it’s important to confirm our and your expectations. In our job descriptions, we aim to paint a realistic picture of your possible tasks and to describe, in our experience, the necessary skills required for the job.

If your application impresses us, the next step is to get to know each other and establish how we can best use your skills in our company. This might be an initial interview via video conference, or a face-to-face interview in the office.

Following this interview, we’ll invite you complete an online personality assessment. We’ll share the results with you in a report, which we’ll discuss with you in a follow-up interview. We will then make you an individual, firm offer, based on the results of the assessment, our evaluation and your expectations.
