Our Mission
Welcome to integrity! Together, we have added a clear mission to our vision – as the best team ever, we progress clean electricity for the whole world and get better every day!
Is that a bit ambitious? You bet it is! However, we are in the middle of a huge transition process on multiple fronts, so the time is right to set big goals and make ambitious plans. This is why we at integrity have made it our mission to drive forward the transformation of the energy industry and to promote the personal development of every team member.
With our client projects in the renewable energy sector, we support the energy transition. The ongoing development of our integronauts is at the centre of our internal work. To achieve this, we use internally developed methods aimed at helping our team members become aware of their own self-efficacy. We are convinced that everyone has a contribution to make.
Our Approach
In this 21st Century world of work, we see work time also as valuable ‘life time’ that we want to structure and use effectively. Our employees are the backbone of our company – they carry our mission and vision out into the world and form the foundation on which integrity stands and continues to grow.
We want to do away with the traditional ‘boss-employee’ relationship in favour of new patterns of thought and behaviour. We rely on a different way of working – we all have a seat at the table and work without hierarchies as far as possible. Equality and self-assuredness are fundamental at integrity.
Personal Development as a Measure of Success
We see integrity as a trailblazer for and companion to our team members. Every integronaut is individual and we all have different motivations. We are united by the belief that renewable energy is the future. How we shape our lives and which career paths we pursue is where we can differ greatly.
It is important for us to understand how each of our team members want their individual journey with integrity to look. We are convinced that team members who have a clearly defined path are the most motivated colleagues, and that it is worthwhile for integrity to support this development.
Courage to Change
We are currently undergoing major change on several fronts. Our aim is not to passively endure this, but to actively use it as a driver to exploit the opportunities that always accompany change.
We like to try new things but will also throw out approaches that we find don't work for us. In this way, we create an environment of continual improvement. We apply the same logic to our internal organisation. We rotate assignments to maximise our team members’ insights into the functioning of our company. These assignments can go far beyond the core work involved in client projects, but they facilitate the gaining of additional skills that can enrich our integronauts’ careers down the track.
Our ‘ProCliques’
We are particularly proud of our ‘pro cliques’. The idea came about during a workshop when we were trying to optimise knowledge transfer and how best to make that knowledge available to new integronauts. We established our specialist working groups, which we call ‘pro cliques’ in a nod to the fact that we at integrity approach our specialist areas almost like a friendship clique.
The ‘pro cliques’ are largely self-managing and have already produced training materials that give new integronauts a good introduction to working in our client projects. We utilise all sorts of platforms, including presentations, self-study units, quizzes, videos and most recently, podcasts.
We are consciously investing in expanding our skillset for the next generation of integronauts. Our mission is not just greenwash and pretty words - we want to get a little better every day, so that we can continue to be a reliable partner to our clients into the future.
Our Workshops
We attach great importance to involving our team members in the company’s development. To enable this, we set aside time for ourselves several times a year and are then ‘offline’ for a couple of days.
We close ranks and work on our specialist areas. On workshop days, we hit pause on client work and focus on integrity. Depending on the topic, we might engage external speakers, but generally we develop content and ideas ourselves.
During these workshops, we develop goals that we pursue as a team in the following months. We are constantly progressing the development of the company because we want to remain an excellent service provider to our clients, as well as stay attractive to our team and new integronauts.
