Our vision – ambitious?

Yes. And that’s exactly where we want to be.

The energy sector is undergoing a major transformation – and we’re part of it. Through our renewable energy projects, we’re helping drive the transformation of energy generation and shape a more sustainable, future-ready energy system.

At the same time, we believe development is always personal. We create space for growth, ownership, and making a real impact – for our people, whom we sometimes playfully call “Integronauts.”

Because we believe great solutions emerge when individual strengths are recognized, nurtured, and brought together to create something greater.

Our Approach

Our Team Workshops

A few times a year, we take a few days “off” from client work. The day-to-day business pauses, and our focus shifts entirely to integrity.

During these workshops, we work together on our goals, tackle important topics, and share knowledge – sometimes with external guests, sometimes working things out ourselves.

It’s how we keep developing the integrity Group: as a trusted partner for our clients and an inspiring place to work for our team and future Integronauts.

Our Professional Cliques

Our ProCliques grew out of a simple idea: sharing knowledge and making it easier for new team members to get started. They bring together experience, deepen our expertise, and create space for learning from one another.

The goal is clear: over time, our ProCliques should become increasingly self-organized and develop their own formats – from training sessions and talks to quizzes, videos, and podcasts.

It’s not just about sharing knowledge. It’s about creating real development from within the team. Step by step, we’re getting closer to our goal of becoming a little better every day – for our people and for our clients.
